Joe is a training architect, writer and jack-of-all-trades from Manchester. He spent 5 years working in architectural practice before choosing to relocate to NYC and help develop the Habitable Spaces project due to his belief in co-operative organisations, community production, self-sustainability and open planning. He is a member and community share holder in FC United of Manchester, edits a small magazine about his city and is teaching himself the ukulele because his guitar wouldn’t fit on the plane.
