Dairy Basics: Butter, Mozzarella and Ricotta

Join us on Saturday January 20th from 10 am to 3pm for a Homestead cheese class where we will learn the basics of processing milk. In this class we will learn to make butter, mozzarella cheese and ricotta cheese from whey.
