Making Farmhouse Cheeses with Goat Milk
For this class we will learn how to make a simple utilitarian cheddar from goat's milk. We will also learn a bit about the history of cheesemaking, how it different cultures produce it, and of course we will eat a bunch of cheese and dicuss the differences in each one. $20 materials fee
