A Road To Habitable Spaces
Habitable Spaces is pleased to announce that we secured our nonprofit status in December 2014. We are now asking for your help at this crucial time as we make the last push to complete infrastructure and begin an exciting future of arts programming on the farm.
Our programming can expand with increased involvement. Our plan is to host a series of artist lectures, performances, and a summer film festival in 2015. In 2016, we will send an international open call for artists to experience a three-to-four month on-farm residency commemorated with the artwork each artist contributes to our landscape.
None of this can happen without your help! In order to allow the public easy access to the farm events we envision for 2015, we need to raise an initial $15,000.00 to build a culvert, gate, and roadway system onto the farm. We would love to have you as one of our initial donors and recognize your contribution to the birth of Habitable Spaces as a 501c3 experience.
