Full Strawberry Moon is Saturday, June 3rd, 2023
We hope you can join us on Saturday, June 3rd for the last Full Moon dinner of the Summer. We are going to take a little hiatus from Full Moon Dinners in July and August so that we can finish our commercial kitchen and move forward on our development plans for Habitable Spaces. The theme for this moon will be a picnic dinner, and boy, you have never experienced a picnic quite like this one! The evening will be filled with cured meats, cheeses, house fermented pickles, sauerkrauts and kimchi, and homemade sausages of all kinds. We will follow it up with a selection of desserts and homemade ice cream. Don’t worry, we won't make you sit on the ground - our usual round banquet tables will be packed with delicious sweet and savory taste sensations to delight and amuse you. Our Night Market starts at 6pm with a collection of farmers, beekeepers, artists and other creatives. Many of them only take cash so be sure to bring spending money so you can take home all the tasty goodies that these talented farmers and makers have on offer. The evening will feature specialty cocktails crafted by our favorite bartender, Jarvis! He uses spirits from our sponsor, Ranch Brand Wine and Spirits. As usual, The Slyfoot Family will play your favorite tunes during our cocktail hour. During dinner, Las Archivas will spin records from around the world. Our Full Moon Society Chefs are hard at work dreaming up delicious concoctions to delight you and
they will be using many of the ingredients that our farmers will have at their booths.
As always you must RSVP at info@habitablespaces.org and we are requiring everyone to sign a Full Moon Society membership form when you arrive. Your $50 donation can be paid online or in cash when you arrive.
